A Scare, a Rush, and a Blessing for the Davis Family
Menemsha Voirrey Davis has arrived!
And what an entrance! I was rushed by ambulance to the hospital on the morning of May the 7th. At 4:21 am, within only about 2 hours, Nemmie was here by way of c-section. A magnificent 5 lbs. 15 oz. 19 1/4" long, and a whopping 3 weeks early. Whew. 
Although we couldn't be happier that she is immensely healthy and didn't spend any time at all in the intensive care unit, I think I speak for both Jason and myself, that we would have preferred a quieter entrance into the world. With a little less danger.

With a little less danger.However, as of right now, I am out of the hospital and recovering with the help of my amazing family. Nemmie is too cute for words, and Eden seems to have taken to her quite nicely.
